1. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
Shipping availability is limited to addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses) at this time.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are unable to guarantee delivery when incorrect or incomplete address information is provided.
2. Order Processing & Cutoff Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and observed holidays) before they are dispatched.

Order Cutoff Time: Our daily order processing cutoff time is 12:00 PM Mountain Time (MT). Orders received after 12:00 PM MT on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day (Monday).

Processing and delivery times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high shipping volume. If we experience an unexpected logistical delay, we will notify you immediately via email.
3. Product Availability & Out-of-Stock Items
We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website. However, if an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you promptly via email and provide your available options, which may include a full refund, a product substitution (only with your approval), or a delayed shipment once the item is back in stock.
4. Shipping Rates, Methods, & Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout based on your delivery address. We offer the following flat-rate delivery options across the United States:

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days transit time):

$8.00 flat rate for orders under $70.00.

FREE Standard Shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $70.00 or more after applicable discounts and before taxes and shipping charges, unless otherwise stated.

Express Shipping (1–2 business days transit time):

$15.00 flat rate for all orders.
We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination, package size, and the selected shipping method.
Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Transit time begins from the day your package leaves our facility, not from the date of initial order placement.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your package has been handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing an active tracking number. Tracking information typically activates and updates within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's transit progress at any time. Customers may also receive additional automated shipping notifications directly from the selected carrier as the shipment progresses toward delivery.
6. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages when necessary to ensure the fastest delivery. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments unless otherwise noted at checkout.
7. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or the package was refused at the destination, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.
8. Damages, Shortages, and Lost Packages
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

Damaged Items: If your product arrives broken or damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact our customer support team as soon as reasonably possible at support@legabio.com with photo evidence so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Shipments: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, check your immediate delivery area, check with neighbors, or contact your local delivery carrier office. If you are unable to locate your package after contacting the carrier, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the reported delivery date so we can assist with investigating the shipment.
